- The ability to work both individually and with a team

- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in woodworking/custom kitchen cabinetry
- Ability to interpret drawings is a definite asset
- Proficiency in kitchen cabinet assembly and installation
- Hands on experience operating a wide array of machinery pertaining to woodworking
- An eye for detail
